Exchange Policy
Rattle and Roll strives for customer satisfaction. Following are the terms for the exchange policy.
1. Product/item purchased from our online shop can be exchanged on the base of the availability of required article.
2. Product / item purchased in sale/promotion cannot be exchanged.
3. The customer will be responsible for the shipment costs of exchange.
4. Make sure the product you are exchanging is intact with all tags and should be in same condition.
5. All product / item purchased can be exchanged within 5 days after delivery with mentioned conditions.
6. Shipping and handling cost will not be adjusted.
